Works are unframed.

Deposit of 30% of the price of a commission must be paid in advance and deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Only the original of commission works will be exclusive to the customer who ordered them. Prints of commissions may be distributed in limited edition by the artist.

Only the artist, Phoebe Powell-Moore, may distribute copies of her work. By buying the works, the customer agrees that further copying and distributing is a breach of copyright unless a prior agreement is made.
